Enjoy free shipping on orders over R3,500. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order total, after any discounts or promotions, is R3,500 or more.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the quantity and nature of your order. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Delayed Orders
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@pureauniqlifestyle.co.za so that we can investigate the delivery with the courier.
