1. Orders & Products
All orders are subject to product availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with handmade products.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment must be received before an order can be processed. Pureauniq Lifestyle reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order where an incorrect price has been displayed.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalised and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Once production has started, customised orders may not be cancelled unless otherwise agreed by Pureauniq Lifestyle.
4. Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 working days, depending on the order and quantity. Delivery is handled by our selected courier service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts and free shipping may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, text, graphics and branding, belongs to or is licensed to Pureauniq Lifestyle and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
