Refund Policy
At Pureauniq Lifestyle, we take pride in crafting unique sculptured candles that add elegance and beauty to your space. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Sculptured candles are more delicate thus requiring the outer most care when packaging and shipping. Should you find your order damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assess your claim.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Condition: Sculptured candles must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or damaged after use.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us to open a claim and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping: Pack the candle securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation with the RA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned candle, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a candle for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized sculptured candles.
